Chiuyee (Dora) Cheng, owner and head chef of Yee Mama, grew up in Hong Kong and moved to the US when she was 17. Ever since arriving in the US, she struggled to find flavors that reminded her of home. In an effort to bring those flavors back into her life and to the community, she opened Yee Mama in August 2020.
