Harmony Plant Fare was started in 2017 by Alex Nager and Bridget Gunsiorowski as a mobile popup selling vegan sauces, sandwiches, and salads. In 2018 Findlay Market became the pop-up's first permanent location and in the following year Harmony moved operations into one of the market house's vacant butcher shops. Inspired by NYC delis and bodegas, Alex transformed the business into a fully operational delicatessen specializing in unique, delicious vegan alternatives from hot food items to deli meats, cheeses, salads and pantry staples.
