We are committed to providing you an accessible online shopping experience that conveniently allows you to shop Market Merchants, more often. This Privacy Policy describes how the Findlay Market Shopping App (hereafter, “Service Provider”) collects, uses and discloses your personally identifiable information (“PII”) when you visit or make a purchase from the Findlay Market Shopping App website, the Findlay Market Shopping App’s mobile applications, APIs, and any websites (or portions thereof) or mobile applications (hereafter, “Services”), that are operated by The Corporation for Findlay Market, a 501(c)3 Ohio not-for-profit corporation. PII is information about you that may be used to identify you (such as your name, phone number, or address).

When you use the Services, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Services, and information necessary to process your purchases.     1. Device information
      1. Purpose of collection: to load the site and Services accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Services usage to optimize our Services.
      2. Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Services using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
      3. Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, shared with Google Analytics to understand how users interact with various portions of the Services –you can learn more about how Google uses your PII here.       4. Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
    2. Order information 
      1. Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for delivery, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. The Service Provider will not sell User’s PII.

      3. Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify,  App Store, Google Play, Google Analytics, HeyMarket, Mailchimp, Shopify Email plugin, Shopify Payments, World Pay/TotilPay.
      4. Personal Information collected: name, billing address, delivery address, payment information (including credit card numbers which are not stored by the Service Provider, rather by Shopify to process transactions if one chooses ShopPay), email address, and phone number.
    3. Customer support information
      1. Purpose of collection: to provide general customer service  information, support, resolution of issues, and feedback.
      2. Source of collection: collected from you.
      3. Personal Information collected: name, billing address, delivery address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
  4. Minors. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.
  5. Sharing Personal Information. We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our Services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  7. Using Personal Information. We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
    1. Provide our Services to you, offering products for sale, processing payments, delivering and fulfillment of your order call or text you with any order updates or issues, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
    2. Improve the quality of the service, and develop new products and services.
    3. Offer you customized content, advertising, coupons, and promotions.
    4. Understand how you interact with the Services as a whole and to test new features or changes in our features.
    5. Provide customer service, respond to your communications and requests, and contact you about your use of the Services.

We employ and maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to safeguard and protect information under our control from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you.
