Dean started his business here at Findlay Market as Dean's Nuts, inspired by his uncle's wholesale business. He later changed the name to Dean's Mediterranean Imports when he started selling hummus and pita bread. After 30 years of operating at Findlay Market, Dean has handed his store down to his daughters. Today, Dean's Mediterranean Imports offers gourmet nuts, hummus, pita bread, spices, oils, and other specialty items.
