Five handmade cheese Arepas. These are Arepas made with corn flour blended with cheese before baking. Cheese Arepas are like a Columbian version of grilled cheese.
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Ingredients: Hominy corn, water, salt, sugar, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, and powdered cellulose), salted butter (pasteurized cream, salt, contains milk), aged cheese (raw milk, salt, enzyme and cultures).
Instructions: Thaw out the arepa. Preheat griddle or frying pan to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit and grill the arepa for 15 minutes on each side until toasted. No oil is needed. Freeze for extended shelf life.
