The Silpat® half-size baking mat allows you to make both sweet and savory delicious food: grilled veggies, cookies, meat, fish ... pretty much anything! There's no need for butter, oils, sprays or parchment paper - your food will easily slide off the mat. Made of food grade silicone - the Silpat mat is reusable and durable, and the cut corners will allow the Silpat® to fit perfectly in your half-size baking tray. Silpat® is good in temperatures up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing recommended.
