Ingredients
2 Chicken Caprese Burgers from Gramma Debbie's Kitchen
Pizza Dough from Madison’s
1 8 oz.container Pizza or Marinara Sauce from Bourchards
1 oz.It’s a Pizza! Mix from Colonel D’s
¼ lb each, fresh mozzarella balls from Gibbs Cheese
¼ lb Italian cheese blend from Gibbs Cheese (whole milk mozzarella, fontina Italy, and provolone)
Fresh Basil
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a skillet over medium heat crumble and brown chicken caprese meat. Drain and set aside.

Stretch pizza dough out to desired size.

Top with sauce of choice and sprinkle Italian spice blend on top of sauce.

Add cooked ground caprese chicken.

Generously sprinkle Italian cheese blend.

Cut mozzarella balls in half and sparingly add to the top of the pie.

Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes.

Top hot pizza with torn pieces of fresh basil
