This exotic combination is sure to please any palate. Persia, or what we now call Iran, never really had curries as part of their cuisine. But, most of the countries surrounding them did. So, it is almost a curry and can be used on vegetables, lentils, or meat. This is a must try spice blend. This blend contains: ginger, cumin, garlic, turmeric, tomato, cilantro, chili flakes, and a smidge of sea salt.
