Our espresso blend is one of our more developed offerings and is what is served in our cafes as espresso daily. The components include a coffee from an 100% female coop in Peru with a coffee from India. The blend offers a creamy milk chocolate base, caramel sweetness, orange acidity, and slight tobacco bitterness to create a harmony of flavors that can be enjoyed by itself or with a plant or dairy based drink. When milk is added, the two combine to create a rich and balanced drink with plenty of flavor. This coffee was designed for brewing espresso but can be enjoyed with any brewing method.
