A tour of Africa cooking class is an evening where you tour different regions of Africa, cooking and enjoying delicious meals from the different regions in Africa. We take you to the North, South, East and Western parts of Africa. It is always a fun evening.
- Chakalaka: A warm salad from South Africa
- Plantain Skewer
- Chicken skewer seasoned with North African spice blend Harissa or East African Spice blend Berbere. Finished with Ethiopian spiced butter.
- Nigerian Shrimp Fried Rice
- Puff puff (African Donuts) and chocolate sauce for dessert
