Colonel De's staff was so crazy about the fries served at a local steak sub shop that they had to develop their own seasoning for fries trying to duplicate it. It is a combination of sea salt, sugar, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, celery, and de arbol chilis. (This is the 1oz version of the Cincy-Fried Shaker.)
