Description
Half pound (8 oz, 226 g) of our signature cultured butter with sea salt, made from fermenting grass-grazed Ohio cream that is A2/A2 certified, with select cultures and slow-churning in small batches. The result is a fragrant, slightly tangy and delightfully creamy cultured butter with a high butterfat content- similar to the fancy imported butters, but produced locally in Newport, Kentucky, with cream from local cows.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. See best by date. May be stored in a covered, air-tight container at a cool room temperature for up to 3-4 weeks.
