Market Fresh Cocktails and Meals is a booklet featuring delectable dishes and accompanying cocktails featuring ingredients from Findlay Market farmers and merchants. The cocktails were curated by Cincinnati’s favorite mixologist, Molly Wellmann, and recipes were created by French Crust Cafe & Bistro Culinary Director, Daniel Budde.
Proceeds from the cookbook will benefit Findlay Market's Nutrition Assistance Benefits programs. The SNAP Plus/Produce Perks program at Findlay Market helps families afford more fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy food typically found in the Findlay Farmers Market. Since 2007, low-income shoppers have been able to exchange their EBT dollars for tokens that they can spend like cash in our farmers market. Produce Perks enhances this service by matching their SNAP dollars up to $25, meaning they are able to get $50 worth of fresh, local produce for half the price every single week.
