Ingredients: Pork, salt, black garlic, red wine, water, mushroom powder, dextrose, mustard seed, spices, crushed red pepper, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
Stuffed into a natural pork casing. Refrigerate after opening.
