Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Colonel De Everything Bagel Blend
2 tablespoons Kofinas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
1 pack chopped Madison’s Broccoli
1 sliced Madison’s Carrot
3 cubed Roth Produce Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 Roth Produce Bell Peppers, sliced
10 Roth Produce Brussels Sprouts, sliced
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Lay your choice of veggies on a sheet pan, in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and mix.
- Sprinkle Colonel De Gourmet Herbs and Spices’ Everything Bagel Blend on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir/flip veggies and pop it back in the oven for five more minutes, or until it reaches desired doneness.
- Plate it up, drizzle more Everything Bagel Blend and Olive Oil, mix, and enjoy!
