Cow's milk cheese from Milton Creamery in Iowa. A wonderful white cheddar made with cow milk sourced from Mennonite dairy farmers in Iowa. It is creamy, but also has wonderful crunchy, crystals (cheese diamonds). A crowd pleaser, for sure. Sweet, crunchy, and The Rhined's most popular cheese.
