The coffee from Peru is female produced, a great daily driver and work horse blender. We've been buying this lot annually from COOPAFSI Coop for 6 years and use it as a versatile blender and base for our espresso blend. The coffee from Colombia is the Aponte Honey lot - one of our favorite macro lot single origins. This is the second year we've bought this lot and we love it for its sweetness, quality, consistency, and volumes available to use as a single origin offering and for its complexity boost as a blender.
