Looking to season your own breakfast sausage, this is the blend you want. Just two tablespoons of mix to one pound of ground pork. (Optional) You can also add 12 ounces of ground bacon. Our ground pork doesn't have enough fat to keep the sausage together, therefore we suggest adding ground bacon.
Mix includes: Sea Salt, White Pepper, Sage, Ginger, Nutmeg, Thyme, Cayenne, Chili Flakes, Rosemary.
