If you've never brined a chicken, turkey or any piece of fresh protein, then you have no idea how much flavor you've been missing. Brining is a process similar to marinating, in which meat is soaked in brine before cooking.
Our Brine Kit is complete with quality brining essentials such as kosher salt (9 oz), granulated white sugar (5 oz), our very special brine blend of spices, and our carefully curated turkey & chicken spice rub.
Additional essentials included are one thick plastic food-grade brining bag, and a print-out spicing guideline.
Brine Mix Ingredients: peppercorns, juniper berries, cloves, allspice, nigella, rosemary.
Turkey & Chicken Rub Ingredients: sea salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, sage, dill weed, paprika, onion & celery seed.
