Description
This is a very flavorful Egyptian blend that contains: sesame, Kosher salt, cumin, black pepper, smoked paprika. Used mostly on chicken, you really want to experiment with this one. I love to put it on big game fish like swordfish or shark, as well as, grouper and snapper.
