This month featured Molly Wellmann!

This cocktail is named Mr. Vattier which includes Five Stories Gin

Ingredients:

1.5 Five Stories Gin

.5 strawberry - rhubarb syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

Fresh mint

Add gin, strawberry- rhubarb, lemon and egg white to shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously! Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slapped mint

Ingredients for Strawberry - Rhubarb syrup:

cut stems from 1 qt of strawberries, then add to a pan and smash

chop up rhubarb, add to 2 cups white sugar and 2 cups water in same pan as crushed strawberries. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Let cool to room temp for 30-45min. Strain and bottle.

This cocktail is named James and Jane which includes Five Stories White Rum

Ingredients:

James and Jane

1.5 oz five stories White Rum

.5 oz lemon grass syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail Shaker. Add Ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple cube speared with a piece of lemongrass.

Lemongrass Syrup Ingredients:

add 2 cups water and 2 cups white sugar to a pan

Add 1 cup dried lemongrass

heat until sugar dissolves

Remove from heat and let cool to room temp

Strain out lemongrass and bottle

This cocktail is named The Iron Works which includes Five Stories Vodka

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Five Stories vodka

.5 oz lychee syrup

.5 oz fresh lemon

Dash of rose water

Top with sparkling rosé

Add vodka, lychee syrup, lemon, and dash of Rose water to a shaker, add ice, shake shake shake, stain into a chilled cocktail glass leaving some room at the top of the glass. Top off with sparkling Rosé. Garnish with a lychee or rose petal .

Lychee syrup ingredients:

2 cup white sugar

2 cup lychee juice (Saigon Market)

2-3 cans of lychees (Saigon Market)

Add all to a pan, heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool to room temp. Strain out lychees and bottle syrup.

This drink is perfect for get-togethers! It's called Findlay Market Spring Punch which includes Five Stories Gin

Ingredients:

2 bottles of Five Stories Spirts brand Cincinnati Gin
.75 bottle white peach berry tea - honey syrup
.75 bottle of lemon juice

2 bottles sparkling wine

Add gin, lemon, and syrup to a punch bowl. Right before guests arrive, add an ice ring and sparkling wine.
