Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Wine, Marinated Peppers (Calabrian Peppers, Olive Oil, Red Wine, Champagne Vinegar) Dextrose, Garlic, Spices (Including Dried Calabrian Pepper), Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate.
Stuffed into a natural pork casing. Refrigerate after opening.
